Any family in Bhutan with children in Grade 1-12 who are facing financial difficulties can apply. Priority is given to families with income below Nu. 15,000/month and those with special circumstances like single parents, orphans, or children with disabilities.

Our AI system evaluates multiple factors including family income, number of dependents, special needs, geographic location, and current support received. A priority score (0-100) is calculated, with higher scores indicating greater need. This is then verified by local teachers and Tshogpas.
